Join us for Women's Night with a relaxing yoga class and chat afterwards. Lauren from revolution Yoga will be teaching.  Everyone is welcome. Learn to release stress and empower yourself through self care; the best place to start is with yoga. All levels are welcome. Light refreshments will be served after the class.
